♥HAPPY DUSSEHRA♥

Greetings to you and your family, On the occasion of Dussehra or Vijaydashmi. A festive day when WE CELEBRATE THE VICTORY OF GOOD OVER EVIL. This name Dussehra or Vijaydashmi symbolizes that one day all evil things will be defeated.
I was remembering my childhood days when I use to go to see the celebrations of Dussehra. Being child I was crazy for such celebrations as I had the fond of the holiday. My favourite memory is when my dad use to pick me on his shoulders so that I can see the burning Ravana. Those were the best days being child. But now I realize that to celebrate goodness what we are doing is just polluting our environment, creating all negative vibes on the name of celebrations. We made celebrations just a show off. These days we spent a huge amount of money of sculptures of the Ravana, fully loaded with crackers.

I REALIZE TO CELEBRATE VICTORY OF THE LORD RAMA, WE ARE JUST BECOMING THE RAVAN ITSELF.

What are we doing with our environment, our people, and our ecology on the name of Victory of good? This day symbolizes that we should kill our negatives and gains some positives; rather we are molesting females, burning crackers, making it a profit making business.
But we are becoming half the Ravana. He was very learned man, a scholar of 4 Vedas. He took every possible step for his sister’s respect, Sharupnakha. He kidnapped Goddess Sita but didn’t dare to touch her without her permission and also provided all possible facilities. He took this step so that he would become immortal. He was greatest devotee of Lord Shiva. Several of his exceptionally good qualities are: music, astrology, warrior, and many more.

THE TEN HEADS OF THE RAVANA DEPICTS HIS INTELLECT.

It’s not that we burn The Ravana, Meghnath and Kumbhkaran on Vijaydashmi but it depicts THAT WE MUST KILL OUR EGO, LUST, ANGER, CONCERN ETC WHICH IS HAZARDOUS FOR US AND SHOULD MOVE TOWARDS THE SELF ENLIGHTENMENT.

♥DON’T HARM ANY BEING IN ALL POSSIBLE WAYS.♥

Many people will not agree, I am not saying don’t celebrate as these memories are best for a child and also INCULCATE THE PRIDE, HAPPINESS, CULTURE IN THEM. BUT TRY TO REDUCE ITS NEGATIVE IMPACT ON ENVIRONMENT IN ALL WAYS.

They don’t work for their self content rather put their efforts for materialistic pleasures. They simply want to show what they can do just to display to other people and start to depose their energies to please others.
