IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH

Why we visit the Temple, Gurdwara, Mosque, Church and any religious place? Just to feel contented and feel good. We celebrate these spiritual festivals, because we all believe, TRUTH ALWAYS PREVAILS. There is always VICTORY OF GOOD OVER EVIL. But how many of us make efforts to make someone’s life better? Have you ever noticed whenever we do anything bad, we blame society only? Not only this in this fast going world, we hardly have second to give a rethought, how can we make it better.

“CONGRATULATIONS BUDDY! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRO. WHERE’S THE PARTY?”, Ravi asked Ramesh

Ramesh replied, “LET US GO TO TEMPLE FIRST. I WILL DONATE RS.5000 ON MY BIRTHDAY. GOD WILL BLESS ME.”

They went on a bike and stopped outside a temple. A crowd of few children gathered there and started begging. Ramesh angrily outraged on those children and entered the premises of temple and donated the sum of Rs. 5000 as charity and for inner peace sit there with Ravi.

Ravi asked, “YOU DONATED RS 5000 BUT DIDN’T FEED ANY POOR. THOSE POOR CHILDREN WERE BEGGING FOR FOOD.” 

Ramesh questioned, “CAN YOU GUARANTEE. THEY WILL NOT USE DRUGS. THEY WILL GIVE THE MONEY TO THEIR PARENTS AND THEIR PARENTS WILL NOT MISUSE.”

“DON’T YOU FEEL WE CAN FEED THEN INSTEAD OF GIVING THEM MONEY IN THEIR HANDS? WE CAN USE THAT MONEY FOR THE SAKE OF BETTERMENT OF SOMEONE’S LIFE, WHO DESERVE MORE. WE CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE PRIESTS OR IDOLS THOSE HAVE EVERYTHING IN ABUNDANCE ALREADY. QUESTION YOUR SELF, YOU WILL GET THE ANSWER. IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH, UTILIZE WISELY. GOD LIES WITHING HUMANS AND OTHER BEINGS. HE WILL BE HAPPY IF YOU FEED THEM.” Ravi questioned

 After thinking for sometime Ramesh stands and asked Ravi “LET’S CELEBRATE OUR BIRTHDAY WITH THESE CHILDREN AND NOW ONWARDS I WILL CELEBRATE IT WITH WHO DESERVE MY HAPPINESS AND CELEBRATIONS.” They had great celebrations not in top-rated hotels but at the roadside by feeding those children and enjoyed a lot, who blessed him without any expectations.

MANY TIMES WE MAKE LAME EXCUSE THAT IF WE WILL GIVE MONEY TO BEGGING POOR CHILDREN THEY WILL SURELY HANDOVER THAT MONEY TO THEIR PARENTS AND THEY WILL MISUSE THAT MONEY FOR SURE, THEN INSTEAD OF GIVING MONEY, GIVE THEM EATABLES, CLOTHES TO WEAR, EDUCATION AS PER YOUR FINANCIAL CAPACITY. TAKE INITIATIVE AND DO GOOD, GOOD WILL COME TO YOU FOR SURE. DO WITHOUT EXPECTATIONS BUT WITH A HEART FULL OF LOVE. IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH, THEN HELP THAT DESERVES.
